Biography

David Naughton (b. 13 February 1951) is an American actor who starred in the 1981 horror film An American Werewolf in London.

He was born in Hartford, Connecticut. He first became widely known as a result of his singing and dancing appearances in Dr. Pepper commercials. He starred in the sitcom Makin' It and hit the Billboard top ten in 1979 with the show's theme song. He also appeared in the television series My Sister Sam. He is the brother of actor James Naughton.
