It's not a normal voice. It doesn't fit into people's preconceptions about what a woman's voice should sound like. My mom doesn't think I have an unusual voice, though. Joey Lauren Adams is an actress with appearances in over 30 films. She was born on 6 January 1971 in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.
Career
Her breakthrough role came in 1993 in Richard Linklater's Dazed and Confused, a film which also had a role for Ben Affleck with whom she would befriend and star with in one of her best-known roles.
