Biography

Rachel Hunter (b. September 9, 1969 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a famous Kiwi supermodel.

Hunter appeared in several Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues and shared the cover of the 1994 issue with Kathy Ireland and Elle Macpherson.

In 1990, Hunter married rock star Rod Stewart, who is around 25 years older than her. They had two children before they separated in 1999. In June 2005, Rod Stewart filed for divorce from Hunter. After the divorce, Stewart plans to marry Penny Lancaster.

In 2003, Hunter appeared in the music video for the Fountains of Wayne song "Stacy's Mom", in which she portrays the title character of the song.

In 2004, Hunter was given US$1.8 million to appear in a topless-only photo spread for Playboy.

In 2004, Hunter appeared in The Vicar of Dibley Christmas special on BBC One, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the sitcom.

Hunter has also appeared in several movies, as well as a number of American reality television series - 2003's Are You Hot?, 2004's The Real Gilligan's Island, and 2005's Dancing With The Stars.
